How to Pay

We currently accept payment through Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, and crypto via DePay. Choose whichever method is easiest for you and use the details below to complete your order.

Why these payment methods? Because research chemicals are classified as high-risk e-commerce by most payment processors, traditional card checkout is not currently available to us. Until we secure a long-term processing solution, the methods below are how we accept payment. We appreciate your understanding.

Tip: Open your payment app, tap the scan/QR option, and point it at the code above — or search the handle manually. Please include your order number in the payment note so we can match your payment to your order.

How it works

  1. Select your item(s) and proceed to checkout.
  2. Choose Offline Payment as your payment method.
  3. Place your order — an email will be sent to you with everything needed to complete payment via Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.
  4. Send payment for your order total using one of the methods above.
  5. Use your order number as the payment memo/note so we can match your payment to your order.
  6. Once payment is confirmed, your order is processed and dispatched.

Fast turnaround: Payments are typically confirmed within an hour. Orders are processed every business day, and if you place and pay for your order before 3PM, it ships the same day.

Pay with Crypto (DePay)

Prefer cryptocurrency? We also accept crypto payments through DePay, which supports a wide range of coins and networks. DePay is available as its own option directly at checkout.

  1. Select your item(s) and proceed to checkout.
  2. Choose DePay as your payment method.
  3. Complete the crypto payment with your preferred coin and wallet.
  4. Once the transaction is confirmed on-chain, your order is processed and dispatched.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know my payment went through?
Payments are typically confirmed within an hour during business hours. Once we confirm it, your order moves to processing. If you placed and paid before 3PM on a business day, it ships the same day.
Which payment method is fastest?
Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, and DePay (crypto) all work well. Choose whichever you already use — just be sure to include your order number as the payment memo for the Offline Payment options so we can match it quickly.
I didn’t get the payment email. What now?
First, check your spam/junk folder, since these emails sometimes land there. If you still don’t see it, email support@rnxresearch.com with your order number and we’ll resend the details.
What if I forgot to add my order number?
No problem — just email support@rnxresearch.com with your order number and the payment details (method and amount) so we can match it to your order.
Why don’t you take regular card checkout?
Research chemicals are classified as high-risk e-commerce by most payment processors, so standard card checkout isn’t currently available to us. The methods on this page are how we accept payment until we secure a long-term processing solution.
