Section 01

Ownership and intellectual property

All content on this Site — including graphics, logos, icons, images, digital files, and design elements — is the exclusive property of RNXResearch or its content suppliers. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or use of any part of the Site is strictly prohibited.

All materials, product descriptions, website content, and related documentation are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Nothing on this Site grants a license or permission to use our intellectual property without prior written consent from RNXResearch. Any unauthorized use may result in civil and/or criminal penalties under applicable law.

Section 02

Regulatory status and research-use-only products

You acknowledge and agree that:

• RNXResearch is not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act
• RNXResearch is not an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act
• We do not compound, manufacture, or dispense drugs for human or veterinary use
• By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified professional or entity purchasing for legitimate research purposes only

You further agree that you will not use our products in humans or animals, use them as active pharmaceutical ingredients or drugs, or misrepresent, relabel, or otherwise present our products as approved for medical, veterinary, or diagnostic applications.

Section 03

Eligibility to purchase

By placing an order on this Site, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are purchasing on behalf of yourself, your laboratory, business, or institution for research purposes only
• You have the knowledge, training, and facilities to safely handle research chemicals and peptides

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to our products at our sole discretion if we suspect misuse, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

Section 04

User responsibilities and assumption of risk

You acknowledge that research chemicals and peptides may pose inherent risks including toxicity, handling hazards, and regulatory restrictions. You assume full responsibility for:

• Safe handling, storage, and disposal of all products
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations
• Proper training and oversight of any personnel who use or handle the products

Section 05

No medical or professional advice

All information on the Site, including product descriptions, articles, or educational content, is provided for informational and research purposes only. Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as medical, diagnostic, or treatment advice.

We do not endorse or recommend any specific usage, dosage, protocol, or application of our products beyond their designation for research use only. You should not rely on any content as a substitute for consultation with a licensed medical or other qualified professional.

Section 06

Product information, availability and pricing

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information including descriptions, pricing, and availability is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, complete, or current at all times. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions, change or update product information at any time without prior notice, and modify or discontinue products or adjust pricing at our sole discretion.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, system issue, or incorrect information received from our suppliers, we reserve the right to cancel any orders made for such product. If payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.

Section 07

Order acceptance and payment

All orders placed through the Site are offers to purchase products subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including concerns about misuse, regulatory risk, or product availability.

Payment must be made using one of the accepted methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that the information provided is accurate and complete.

Section 08

Shipping, delivery and risk of loss

You are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct and complete. Once an order is shipped, risk of loss, damage, or delay transfers to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, packages lost or damaged in transit, or refused and returned shipments.

Orders are currently shipped within the United States only. Shipping services, rates, and dispatch cutoffs are set out in our shipping policy.

Section 09

Returns, refunds and replacements

Research compounds cannot be returned to stock once they have left our facility, because there is no way to verify how they were stored or handled. Returns and exchanges are therefore not offered on shipped orders.

Products that arrive damaged, and orders shipped incorrectly through our error, are the exception:

• Notify us at support@rnxresearch.com within 72 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage, your order number and the lot number
• On receipt of that evidence a replacement will be sent at no cost. There is nothing to return
• If an incorrect item was shipped, keep it sealed and unused and the correct item will be sent

Refunds are not issued based on the results or outcomes of laboratory experiments. Full terms, including packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, are set out in our refund and return policy.

Section 10

Regulatory compliance and user certifications

By purchasing from RNXResearch you certify that you understand the regulatory status of research peptides in your jurisdiction, that you will not use our products in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations, and that any third parties who receive or use the products under your direction will comply with these Terms and all applicable regulations.

We make no representation that our products or the content on this Site are appropriate, permitted, or available for use in all locations. Accessing or purchasing from this Site where prohibited is strictly forbidden.

Section 11

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RNXResearch, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or legal actions arising out of or related to your purchase, use, or misuse of our products, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable laws or regulations, or any third-party claims arising from your actions or omissions in connection with our products.

This indemnification obligation survives the termination of your use of the Site and any business relationship with us.

Section 12

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RNXResearch shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use or inability to use the Site, your purchase or use of our products, or any errors or omissions in the content or operation of the Site.

Section 13

No warranties

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or performance. We do not guarantee that the Site will operate without interruption or error, that products will meet your research goals, or that results will be accurate, reliable, or reproducible.

Section 14

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which RNXResearch is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in such jurisdiction and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts.

Section 15

Modifications, severability and termination

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective when posted on the Site with an updated date. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may terminate or restrict your access to the Site, cancel orders, or refuse future service at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, misuse our products, or engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Section 16

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and RNXResearch regarding your use of the Site and purchase of our products and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications whether oral or written.
