Regulatory Status & Research-Use-Only Products
You acknowledge and agree that:
- RNXResearch is not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act
- RNXResearch is not an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act
- We do not compound, manufacture, or dispense drugs for human or veterinary use
- By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified professional or entity purchasing for legitimate research purposes only
You further agree that you will not use our products in humans or animals, use them as active pharmaceutical ingredients or drugs, or misrepresent, relabel, or otherwise present our products as approved for medical, veterinary, or diagnostic applications.
Eligibility to Purchase
By placing an order on this Site, you represent that:

Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
You are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct and complete. Once an order is shipped, risk of loss, damage, or delay transfers to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other third parties, packages lost or damaged in transit, or refused and returned shipments due to regulatory or import restrictions.
You are solely responsible for compliance with all import, customs, and regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction. We will not issue refunds for orders seized, rejected, or destroyed by customs or authorities.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the sensitive and specialized nature of our products, all sales are generally final. We may, at our sole discretion, consider returns or replacements in limited circumstances such as products arriving damaged or defective, or incorrect items shipped due to our error.
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide appropriate documentation including photos or lot numbers. Contact us at support@rnxresearch.com to initiate a review. Products that have been opened, used, or improperly stored are not eligible for return. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
Regulatory Compliance & User Certifications
By purchasing from RNXResearch you certify that you understand the regulatory status of research peptides in your jurisdiction, that you will not use our products in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations, and that any third parties who receive or use the products under your direction will comply with these Terms and all applicable regulations.
