How fast will I hear back?
Order, payment, product and certificate questions are usually answered the same day. Wholesale and bulk enquiries take a little longer to price properly, so allow one business day.
Can I get the certificate for a specific lot?
Yes. Every current certificate is already published and downloadable on the certificates page, and each product page links to its own. If you need one for a lot you already received, send the lot number and it will be sent back to you.
Do you take wholesale or bulk enquiries?
Yes. Say what you are after and roughly what volume, and you will get a straight answer on availability and pricing rather than a form letter.
Something is wrong with my order — what do I do?
Email with your order number and a photo if something arrived damaged. Order problems are handled the same day wherever possible.

Check your spam or junk folder first, since replies occasionally land there. If there is still nothing after 24 hours, send it again — it means the first one did not arrive, and it will be chased down.
