Research Integrity & No-Return Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory research peptides and the requirement to maintain strict climate control and chain of custody, all sales are final.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once they have been shipped from our facility under any circumstances
- This policy ensures that every researcher receives materials that have never been tampered with or exposed to uncontrolled environments
- We do not offer refunds based on the results or outcomes of laboratory experiments — by purchasing, the researcher affirms they have the necessary equipment and expertise to handle these materials
By completing a purchase on rnxresearch.com you expressly acknowledge and agree to this no-return policy. All product details, COAs, and specifications are made available prior to purchase to allow for full informed decision making.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
The only exceptions to our no-return policy are documented shipping errors or physical damage upon arrival. To be eligible for a replacement or store credit you must follow the process below exactly:
RNXResearch reserves the right to determine whether a replacement shipment or store credit is the appropriate resolution. Cash refunds for damaged or incorrect orders are issued at our sole discretion.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled if the request is received before a tracking number has been generated — contact us immediately at support@rnxresearch.com with your order number
- Once a tracking number has been generated, the order is considered In Transit and is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund under any circumstances
- Offline payment orders (Venmo, Cash App, Zelle) that have been paid and confirmed are subject to the same cancellation policy
Lost or Stolen Packages
RNXResearch is not responsible for packages marked as Delivered by the carrier that are subsequently reported as lost or stolen.
- We recommend shipping to a secure location or laboratory facility where a recipient is available to accept delivery
- If a package is marked Delivered but not received, you must first file a claim with the carrier directly. We will provide your tracking information and shipment details to assist with the carrier claim
- RNXResearch does not issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier
Dispute & Chargeback Policy
RNXResearch maintains detailed records of all transactions including order confirmations, payment receipts, shipping tracking, delivery confirmations, COA documentation, and all customer communications. In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback filed with your bank or payment provider, we will submit this full documentation to the payment processor or acquiring bank for review.
By completing a purchase on rnxresearch.com you agree that:
- You will contact us directly at support@rnxresearch.com before initiating any dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider
- Chargebacks filed for orders that were delivered as described and in accordance with this policy will be disputed with full documentation
- Customers who initiate chargebacks for delivered and confirmed orders will be permanently banned from future purchases and reported to applicable fraud prevention networks
- Filing a fraudulent chargeback may constitute fraud under applicable state and federal law
We are committed to resolving any legitimate concern quickly and fairly. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first — we respond within a few hours during business hours and will work to make it right.
International Orders
International orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. RNXResearch is not responsible for packages seized, held, or destroyed by customs or import authorities in any jurisdiction. We will not issue refunds for orders that do not clear customs.
It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to verify that importing our products is permitted in their country before placing an order. Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
