Who tests the compounds?
Independent third-party analytical laboratories — BTLabs, Kovera Labs and ILS Labs. None of them are affiliated with RNXResearch, which is the point: a purity figure means very little when the seller produced it themselves.
What does each certificate actually show?
HPLC purity, identity confirmation, the lot number, the date of analysis, the laboratory that ran it and the report identifier. Each certificate is tied to a specific lot, so it describes the material you received rather than a representative sample from some earlier batch.
Can I see a certificate before I order?
Yes. Every current certificate is published on the certificates page and downloadable in full — no account, no email required. Each product page links straight to its own.
Does every batch get retested?
Yes. Testing is per lot, not per product. A new lot of something already stocked is analysed again and gets its own certificate, because the previous lot’s result says nothing about the new one.
What happens if a batch does not meet the standard?
It does not get listed. A product with analysis still outstanding is marked unavailable rather than sold on the assumption it will pass.
Who am I dealing with?
One person. Orders, batches, certificates and support all run through the same desk, so an email gets a real answer from someone who can act on it rather than a queue position.
