Shipping policy
A seamless, transparent shipping experience for every researcher — free shipping on every order, same-day dispatch, and fully tracked delivery. No exceptions.
Fast & reliable fulfillment
We understand that your research timeline matters. Every order is processed and dispatched with the same priority regardless of order size or value.
Discreet & secure packaging
All products are packaged in sealed glass vials, wrapped securely to prevent damage or breakage in transit, and placed inside protective packaging appropriate for fragile laboratory materials.
Domestic shipping only
We currently ship exclusively via USPS to addresses within the United States. This includes:
- All 50 US states and US territories
- P.O. Box addresses
- APO and FPO military addresses
Typical transit times range from 2–5 business days depending on your location. Transit times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. RNXResearch is not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.
International shipping is not currently offered through standard checkout. If you are located outside the United States and wish to place an order, contact us directly at support@rnxresearch.com and we’ll evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping issues & missing packages
We ship every order carefully and with full tracking. However, once a package is in the hands of USPS, certain outcomes are outside our control.
- Delayed packagesCheck your tracking link for the most up-to-date status. USPS tracking occasionally shows delays before updating — allow 24–48 hours before contacting us.
- Damaged packagesIf your package arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@rnxresearch.com with photos of the packaging and contents. Reports submitted after this window will not be eligible for review.
- Incorrect addressYou are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is correct at checkout. RNXResearch is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately if you notice an error — if the order has not yet shipped we can correct it.
Official delivery policy
RNXResearch relies on the GPS-tracked delivery confirmation provided by USPS. Once a package is scanned as Delivered to the address provided at checkout, it is considered fulfilled. We cannot be held liable for packages that are stolen from a porch or mailbox after a successful delivery scan.
We do not provide refunds or replacements for any package with a confirmed delivery status from USPS. If your package is marked as Delivered but you have not received it:
- Wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally scan packages as delivered before the final drop
- Check with neighbors and any other household members who may have accepted the package
- File a missing mail claim directly with USPS at usps.com/help/missing-mail
- File a police report if you believe the package was stolen — this is required for any carrier insurance claim
We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location or laboratory facility where a recipient is available to accept delivery.
