Buyer’s responsibility & assumption of risk
The buyer acknowledges that there are hazards associated with the handling, use, and storage of research compounds. By completing a purchase, the buyer represents and warrants that they are:
- A qualified researcher, scientist, or student affiliated with a recognized research institution, university, or laboratory
- At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to purchase research compounds in their jurisdiction
- Fully aware of the potential health and safety hazards associated with the products purchased
- Responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions and complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction
- Committed to following proper safety protocols including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
The buyer agrees to assume full liability for any harm or damages that may result from the purchase, use, or misuse of the products. RNXResearch is not liable for any damages, whether direct or indirect, that may arise from the use of these products. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure all applicable safety protocols are followed at all times.
Regulatory compliance
The buyer is solely responsible for determining whether the purchase and use of any product is lawful in their jurisdiction. RNXResearch makes no representation that the products listed on this site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States.

All Certificates of Analysis reflect the results of independent third-party testing at the time of batch testing and are provided for informational purposes.
