Ground shipping is free on every order with no minimum, and orders over $125 ship 2-day free. Orders placed before the cutoff go out the same day, every order ships tracked, and everything travels in plain, unmarked packaging.

Three things that apply to every order, whichever service you pick.

Same-day dispatch
Beat the cutoff and it leaves that day — 3:00 PM ET on weekdays, 10:00 AM ET on Saturdays. Orders after the cutoff go out on the next dispatch day.

Tracked end to end
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order is packed, whichever carrier it goes with. Allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear.

Plain packaging
Nothing on the outside names the contents or RNXResearch. The label and return address are neutral. This is the default, not an upgrade.

Section 01
Rates and service options
Ground shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. Orders over $125 upgrade to free 2-day shipping automatically. Faster paid services are offered alongside these at checkout, and any rate covers the whole order — there is no per-item shipping charge however many items you buy.
Why no prices on this page
Rates and available services change with carrier pricing and your destination, so they are shown live at checkout rather than printed here where they would go stale. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
Section 02
Dispatch schedule
All cutoffs are Eastern Time. Beat the cutoff for that day and the order is packed and handed to the carrier the same day.
- Mon–Fri before 3:00 PMPacked and dispatched the same day

Dispatch is when the parcel leaves us. Transit time on top of that depends on the service you chose and where it is going, and is estimated by the carrier rather than guaranteed by us.
Section 03
Carriers and tracking
Orders currently ship with USPS or UPS, depending on the service selected at checkout and the destination. Additional carriers are being added.
- Tracking is automaticThe tracking number is emailed when the order is packed. Which carrier it belongs to is shown with it.
- First scan can lagTracking sometimes shows nothing for up to 24 hours after dispatch while the parcel works through the carrier’s network. This is normal.
- Transit estimates are the carrier’sDelivery windows quoted at checkout come from the carrier. RNXResearch is not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.
Section 04
Discreet and secure packaging
Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no mention of peptides, research compounds or RNXResearch anywhere on the outside, and the return address and label are neutral and non-descriptive.
Products are supplied in sealed glass vials, wrapped to prevent breakage in transit and placed inside protective packaging appropriate for fragile laboratory materials.

Where we ship
Orders are shipped within the United States, including:
- All 50 states and US territories
- P.O. Box addresses, on USPS services
- APO and FPO military addresses, on USPS services
Some services cannot deliver to P.O. Box or military addresses. Checkout will only offer you services that can reach the address you enter.
International
International shipping is not available yet. RNXResearch is working on being able to ship internationally, and this page will be updated when it is offered. Until then, orders can only be shipped to addresses within the United States.
Section 06
Delays, damage and wrong addresses
Every order goes out tracked. Once a parcel is with the carrier, some outcomes are outside our control.
- Delayed parcelsCheck the tracking link first. Carrier tracking often shows a delay before it updates, so allow 24 to 48 hours before getting in touch.
- Damaged parcelsIf a parcel arrives damaged, email support@rnxresearch.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents. Reports after that window are not eligible for review.
- Incorrect addressYou are responsible for the address entered at checkout. RNXResearch is not responsible for parcels sent to an address given incorrectly. Get in touch immediately if you spot a mistake — if the order has not shipped it can be corrected.

Delivery confirmation
Confirmed delivery
RNXResearch relies on the delivery confirmation recorded by the carrier. Once a parcel is scanned as delivered to the address given at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled. We cannot be held liable for parcels taken from a porch or mailbox after a successful delivery scan.
Refunds and replacements are not issued for parcels with a confirmed delivery status. If tracking says delivered and you do not have it:
- Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes scan a parcel as delivered before the final drop
- Check with neighbours and anyone else in the household who may have taken it in
- File a missing parcel claim with the carrier that delivered it
- File a police report if you believe it was stolen — this is required for any carrier insurance claim
Shipping to a secure location or a laboratory facility where somebody can accept the delivery is strongly recommended.

How much is shipping?

When will my order go out?
Same day if you order before 3:00 PM ET Monday to Friday, or before 10:00 AM ET on Saturday. After those cutoffs it goes out on the next dispatch day. Sunday orders go out Monday.
Which carrier will my order ship with?
USPS or UPS, depending on the service you select and your address. More carriers are being added. Whichever it is, the tracking number is emailed to you when the order is packed.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. Orders currently ship within the United States only. RNXResearch is working on being able to ship internationally and this page will be updated when it becomes available.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes, on every order. Nothing on the outside names the contents or RNXResearch, and the label and return address are neutral. It is the default rather than something you opt into.
Tracking says delivered but nothing arrived.
Wait 24 hours first, since carriers sometimes scan early, and check with anyone else at the address. After that, file a missing parcel claim with the carrier, and a police report if you believe it was taken. Parcels with a confirmed delivery scan are not refunded or replaced.
