Kit questions
How many compounds fit in one kit?
A kit holds 3 to 10 vials. The same compound can occupy more than one slot, so a full kit can be 10 different compounds or several duplicates.
When is the volume discount applied?
The builder shows an estimated total as you fill slots. The discount itself is applied to your cart at checkout: 10% on 5 to 9 items and 15% on a full kit of 10.
Can a promo code be used with the volume discount?
Yes. Promotional codes are entered at checkout and calculated separately from the volume tier, so a code is not included in the estimate shown on this page.
Why are solvents not listed in the builder?
RNX Recon Solution and other reconstitution solvents are excluded from kit slots so every slot goes to a compound. A full kit of 10 includes an RNX Recon Solution (HOS) 30mL free of charge, and more can be added separately from the shop.
How do I get the free RNX Recon Solution?
Fill all 10 slots. The RNX Recon Solution (HOS) 30mL is added to your cart automatically at no cost when the kit is added. It is removed if the order drops below 10 paid items before checkout.
How does a kit ship?
A kit ships as a single order containing each vial as its own line item. Shipping is calculated at checkout in the normal way and is not affected by the volume tier.
